Joy Hymes comes with 7 years of Bakery/Management experience.  After working in the industry for 6 years, she and her husband James decided to start a business out of their home.  A Bakery would not be complete without offering decorated cakes.  Heather and Joy have worked together in the industry where a friendship blossomed and a vision was created to work together.

 

Heather Barr brings her expertise to Sweet Treasures as a Pastry Chef and Cake Decorator.  A 2005 graduate of YTI in the Bakery/Pastry Program.  Heather also completed the Wilton Cake Decorating series and enhanced her decorating skills at House of Clarendons in Lancaster.

 

 

Joy and Heather are certified for Food Safety and Laboratory Services through the Department of Agriculture.  Sweet Treasures operates out of a certified kitchen inspected by the Department of Agriculture.
